About Oriane Adventures, this blog was created following my move to Arizona in 2019. I am an ambitious woman eager for new adventures. This is what was at the origin of my departure for this crazy adventure.
Welcome to you, if you’ve made it this far, you may be wondering how I got from my life in France to my current life in the United States… I’m not raising the suspense any longer and I’ll explain everything to you!
Why Oriane Adventures ?
About me.. My name is Oriane, I’m 23 years old and I come from a village in Picardy. I have always been passionate about travel, encounters and new experiences. It all started very young during my first summer camps (thank you dad thank you mom…hope you recognized the melody). This kind of vacation finally gave me the desire to discover and share. A challenge for me who has always been shy! It was then that, during my last homeless camp at the age of 17, I crossed paths with a woman named Marie. She was traveling with her backpack, all over Corsica… I remember it like it was yesterday. For years, I kept thinking about that one-night stand. His story, his motivation ended up being my trigger.
The question that bothers you all your life: But what job am I going to do?
At 18 comes the age of existential questions. At that time, I’m like thousands of students “but what the hell am I going to do with my life..”! I decide to go to college for a license in communication in Besançon. I did not validate the year and the system is pointing the finger at us as incapable. At that time I thought college was the problem. So I started a new training in BTS, a class on a human scale “yes”. So I studied two years in BTS communication in Béthune, in the North of France. In August 2016, I finally get a diploma, my parents are proud, mission accomplished! But me, these studies, I realized that it was not what I really wanted. I don’t want to spend my life behind a desk, in an open space with a manager who spends his time staring at your screen because he doesn’t trust you.
From uncertainty to adventure
In 2018, I returned to my parents and started working in a factory in order to afford my first real international experience alone.
2019, after long months of work, I take off for the USA, direction Arizona! Over the course of my adventures I have taken a liking to telling my stories through my instagram @orianeadventures and I thank you again for all the support I receive every day.
Thanks to this adventure, I met the person who today shares my daily life in Arizona. I share varied and dynamic content, be it video, photography or articles.
Today content creator, I dedicate my free time to video and photography. I capture stolen moments with my Sony A7III, \ Panasonic Lumix GH5, my GoPro & my DJI Mavic Mini drone.
